Abit IPE with Sbit 7 x86 no sound playback Hey guys, I did find a solution to the problem after downloading and installing so many drivers that clearly weren’t working. But also, I’ve downgraded to Windows XP now becaus with Windows 7, I couldn’t record internal audio from the soundcard.

Unauthorised reproduction strictly prohibited. Windows 7 Ultimate x86 Monitor s: I updated all chipset drivers, and scanned with Driver Detective. Also if the above seems OK try uninstalling the ip3-e driver and allow windows update to get the proper version.

Guys check the default audio device in control panel. For the sake of 30 quid and you know it’s going to work and give you miles better sound than on-board audio I didn’t see it as too big a deal. If its an integrated card make sure its enabled in the bios. If you wanna try one more thing, RealTek have released one more Windows 7 driver just recently, so try that aswell. Back to square 1.

I really appreciate the help. The time now is Has anyone had the same problem or can anybody please help?

If its a dedicated sound card try refitting it. Last edited by johngalt; at Beep was present with Hard Boot. I’m having the same problem. Tried multiple Realtek drivers and nothing works.
